Our LUTs are digital files that are delivered instantly, so all sales are final once the download link has been sent.

The only exception is a faulty file: if a file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing from your pack, email [BUSINESS EMAIL] within [7] days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot. We will send you a working file first. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We cannot give refunds for incompatible software (please check the FAQ before you buy), for change of mind, or for footage that looks different from our samples.
